9.1. The "Auto-Payment" service allows the Licensee to pay for the right to use the Program under this License Agreement through regular automatic charges from the Licensee's bank card to the Licensor.
9.2. The service is activated by the Licensee independently in the Personal Account, "Profile" section at https://console.cavuer.com/subscription by clicking "Upgrade Plan", selecting an appropriate License Type, and clicking the "Subscribe" button with payment confirmation and a linked bank card.
9.3. By performing the actions described in clause 9.2 of this License Agreement, the Licensee:
- confirms being the holder of the bank card whose details were provided during activation of the Auto-Payment service;
- gives advance consent that the Licensor will automatically charge the license remuneration from the said bank card in the amount, on the terms, and within the timeframes specified in this section, without additional confirmation prior to each charge;
- accepts all terms of this License Agreement in its current version.
9.4. The amount of the regular charge corresponds to the cost of the License Type (tariff plan) selected by the Licensee, as published on the tariff page https://cavuer.com/pricing as of the date of the next charge.
9.5. The Licensor reserves the right to unilaterally change the cost of License Types in accordance with clause 8.4 of this License Agreement. The Licensee is notified of cost changes at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the effective date of the new cost in the following ways:
- by publishing an updated version of the tariffs on the page https://cavuer.com/pricing;
- by sending a notification to the email address provided by the Licensee during Registration.
If the Licensee does not agree with the new cost, the Licensee may cancel the "Auto-Payment" service in the manner provided for in clause 9.10 of this License Agreement before the effective date of the changes. If the "Auto-Payment" service has not been cancelled before that date, the new cost is deemed accepted by the Licensee and applied to subsequent charges.
9.6. Charges are made once per calendar month on the day corresponding to the date of the initial activation of the "Auto-Payment" service.
9.7. The "Auto-Payment" service remains active until cancelled by the Licensee or the Licensor in the manner provided for in this section, or until termination of this License Agreement.
9.8. After each successful charge, the right to use the Program is automatically extended for one calendar month without requiring any additional action from the Licensee.
9.9. The Licensee may cancel the "Auto-Payment" service at any time. Upon cancellation of the "Auto-Payment" service, the right to use the Program is retained by the Licensee until the end of the paid period. At the end of the paid period, access to the Program is terminated unless the Licensee makes a new payment.
9.10. To cancel the "Auto-Payment" service, the Licensee must perform the following steps:
9.11. Once the actions provided for in clause 9.10 of this License Agreement are completed, further automatic charges cease. The right to use the Program is retained by the Licensee until the end of the paid period. At the end of the paid period, access to the Program is terminated unless the Licensee reactivates the "Auto-Payment" service or pays for the license by another method.
9.12. The Licensor reserves the right to limit or disable the Licensee's "Auto-Payment" service in case of violation of this License Agreement or the User Agreement, as well as in case of inability to charge the Licensee's bank card for reasons beyond the Licensor's control (insufficient funds, card blocking, revocation of authority by the bank, etc.).
9.13. In case of charge failure, the Licensor may retry the charge requests within a reasonable period. If the charge cannot be completed, the "Auto-Payment" service is considered suspended until payment capability is restored, or is disabled.
9.14. The Licensor is not responsible for the temporary unavailability of the "Auto-Payment" service caused by actions of the processing center, issuing bank, acquiring bank, or other third parties.
9.15. For questions related to activation, operation, or cancellation of the "Auto-Payment" service, the Licensee may contact the Licensor's support service at service@cavuer.com.
